8 Natural Tips for Soft and Shiny Hair:
In this world everyone, especially women want to look beautiful with a fair skin tone and long hairs that should be soft and shiny. It is not so easy to get a soft and shiny hair, it takes some efforts, as most of the people may not have these hair characteristics.
But fortunately, it is possible to restore both softness and shine to your hair using a wide range of treatments, many of them are containing the ingredients for at your own home itself. And these treatments are very simple, easy and cost effective. Few of the Natural and home remedies for soft and shiny hairs are as follows:
1) Coconut Oil Treatment:
Massage your dry hair with organic unrefined coconut oil. People who are with an oily scalp, do not rub too much into your scalp, which closes your hairline. Apply coconut oil starting from the ends, then up. The amount of coconut oil you use on your hair depends on the thickness and the texture of your hair.
Wash your hair with warm water, then wrap your hair in a shower cap or towel to help contain it. Keep it like this for 30 minutes. Rinse your hair, then shampoo and condition like normal. Wash with your hair with cold water and let hair air dry or dry with a towel around it.
2) Eggs Treatment:
Mayonnaise and deep conditioning is mostly in eggs, so it only makes sense that eggs would also be an effective way of putting moisture and shine back in your hair. Crack 2-4 eggs into a bowl and separate the yolk from the whites, placing the egg whites aside.
Add olive oil to the egg yolk in the bowl and whisk together. Make sure the solution is well blended. Shampoo your hair with lukewarm water and then apply this mixture to your hair. Leave it for about 5 minutes, then rinse again with lukewarm water and finally rinse with cool water.
3) Yogurt Treatment:
Take yogurt and spread it all over your hair. Take an old hair tie and put your hair into a ponytail or bun or bag cover. Leave it for about 30 minutes or until the yogurt becomes hardened. Have a shower afterwards with shampoo or conditioner and rinse off with water. Yogurt works as a deep conditioner and brush out your hair very well.
4) Aloe-Vera and Honey Treatment:
Prepare a mixture of equal proportions of conditioner, Aloe-Vera gel and Honey. Aloe Vera is an excellent conditioning and rebuilding agent and honey is added for shining. Massage your dry hair with this mixture and leave the hair for 10 minutes. Rinse out with shampoo and conditioner.
5) Vinegar Treatment:
Wash your hairs with shampoo and rinse thoroughly with cold water to eliminate any residual shampoo or buildup that is accumulated on your hair.
Prepare a mixture of two cups of apple cider vinegar and one cup of water and rinse your hair carefully with this paste. Leave the hairs to dry for about 15 minutes, which remains vinegar and water mixture on your hair. Rinse off the vinegar from your hair and clean with warm running water until the vinegar smell dissipates. Repeat this process every week or less if desired. Apple cider vinegar’s acidity is close to that of natural hair, so it is the good conditioner and cleaning agent.
6) Oil and Shea Butter Treatment:
Take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Castor Oil, Lavender Oil, Rosemary Oil, Almond Oil, and Chamomile Oil. And in another Bowl add 1 cup of Shea Butter and 2 tablespoons of Avocado, Jojoba and Wheat Germ Oil with a tablespoon of Honey. Combine these two Bowl mixtures together and prepare a common mixture. Apply this mixture paste on your hair and leave it for 30 minutes and rinse with Herbal and let it dry.
7) Vegetable Oil and Conditioner Treatment:
First wash your hair with shampoo as usual and rinse with water and then dry your hair so that it is not dripping. Add 2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil with few drops of conditioner and prepare a mixture. Now evenly apply and rub your hairs this paste from root tip and massage slowly with your hands.
Place your hair under a shower cap or a plastic bag and leave the cap on for about 30 minutes. Rinse your hair with water until you don’t see the “milky” water. This will give you a shiny and a softy hair.
8) Hibiscus Leaf Extracts Treatment:
Pluck 8-10 leaves of the Hibiscus plant and soak the leaves in water for about 10 minutes. Now extract the gel out from these leaves and squeeze the juice into a dish.
Apply this gel on your dry hair and leave for 1 hour. Now wash the gel off from your hairs using a mild shampoo. Repeat this at least once in a week for a shiny soft hair.
