Your perfect diet would be incomplete without your protein intake. It is present in pulses, meat, egg, fish, nut, dairy products in abundance. Inadequate or excessive intake of protein affects badly. As per the research protein intake for an adult man should be from 50- 60 grams/day. The right amount of protein is important to build our body. It determines our overall health, body type. Those who are deprived of animal protein, majorly rely on protein supplements which are equally helpful for body.
So, in lunch you can have rice, roti, pulses, and animal products like fish, meat and including vegetables. Add salad in your lunch which is low in calories and also helps to lose weight. Salads contain fiber which reduces the bad cholesterol. It is a natural way to cure constipation. You can mix up various vegetables and add some chicken strips to make it more delicious.
There’s a long gap between lunch and dinner and to curb the gap you can opt for some healthy snacks like soap, boiled noodles and other appetizers.
What should we Have for Dinner?
Dinner is the last meal of the day which has to be very light and easily digestible. Corn, carbs like pasta, bread, beans and foods that contain high protein and carbohydrate must be avoided. Protein and carb are difficult to burn off at night as there is no activity. Light chicken and tawa roti is the best option for dinner. Green salads are also good choice. Whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat bread are equally healthy for dinner.

- Have 2-3 litre water in a day to flush out the toxins from the body.
- Try to practice yoga early in the morning to stay feet.
- Don’t take rest in the afternoon even if you are at home.
- Don’t go to sleep immediate after your dinner. Give some time to digest your food. You can walk around or keep your body in light movement.
