Natural Body Lotions to Fight the Dryness of this Fall:

Fall is a really difficult season to handle. In the winter, the dryness of the skin is expected. Thus, we can gear up some effective measures to fight the roughness of winter. Fall is the season when our skin unexpectedly starts to get dry but in an unlikely manner of winter.

Therefore, the unexpected dryness of the fall is very hard to fight, as the body lotions made for winter may not be appropriate for this season. In the other hand, the sudden dryness of our skin can be really disturbing in our normal life.

Olive Oil:

Rich in antioxidants, olive oil is excellent to keep away the dryness of your skin. The healthy fatty acids can soothe the dry skin of your total body.

Add extra virgin olive oil in your regular body lotion and rub it all over your body, or rub olive oil all over your body half an hour prior to your bath.

Milk:

Milk contains lactic acid, which helps to ex-foliate your skin and clears the dead skin cells.  It increases the skin’s ability to retain the moisturiser and to keep away dryness.

You can apply milk on your skin different ways. Soak cold milk in a wash cloth and put on the wash cloth on your skin for 5-10 minutes, later take a bath in the Luke-warm water. You can also add a few drops rose water in a glass of milk and apply the mixture all over your body before bath.  Regular use of milk will keep dryness away from your skin.

Honey:

Honey is also loaded with antioxidants and antimicrobial which locks the natural moisturisers on your skin to make it soft and smooth.

Before taking the bath, apply honey all over your body. Wash it after 10-15 minutes. Honey can also be mixed with Olive Oil and applied on the body prior to the bath. Regular usage of honey is necessary to keep the dryness and dullness away from your skin.

Yogurt:

To fight with the pre-winter dryness, regular usage of yogurt is essential for your skin. Yogurt is famous as a skin hydrating agent. The lactic acid of yogurt helps to fight with germs and bacteria which generally causes dryness and itchiness to your skin.

To ex-foliate your skin,  apply fresh yogurt on your skin and gently massage it all over your body. Take a shower after 15 minutes to get rid of all the dead cells from your body. For retaining the moisturiser in your body, use yogurt at least once in a day.

The highly unpredictable dryness of the fall may cause your skin to become dry and dull. Before it can cause itchiness or irritation, treat your skin with natural ingredients which will also increase the glow of your skin.
